Q. Will I be billed in Australian Dollars?

A. Your credit card will be debited in your local currency at the current exchange rate. Your invoice which will arrive with your goods will be in Australian Dollars but your credit card will be charged at the discounted rate on the page.

A. Yes. All our product are from the same manufacturers as the ones you recieve from your local vet.

A.Yes Free shipping applies Globally as long as it equates to $265.00 Australian Dollars

Q.Why when I see the Jazz converter to USD does the final amount still shows Australian Dollars?

A.We are an Australian company and we are required by law to issue reciept only in Australian dollars. The Jazz converter is there as an indication of what you will be charged.in US$

Q.How long does the shipping take to arrive in USA/UK?

A.Orders are generally dispatched on the same day and should arrive within 5-8 working days.

A.Frontline plus actually kills the flea eggs as well as the flea.

Q.What is the difference between Heartgard and Heartgard plus?

A.Heartgard plus prevents some intestinal worms such as Round worms and Hook worms

Return Policy
Shipping charges are generally the responsibility of the customer. If you decide to cancel the order or you have placed an incorrect order your will recieve a full refund or exchange minus the shipping charges. We must be notified withing 14 days of your order. If an incorrect order is due to our error a full refund including shipping will be recieved.
